Offered for your consideration is a grouping that recently surfaced at a local market. The grouping is of an officer who attended the The U.S. Military Academy West Point and then finished WWII and perhaps later as an officer. The grouping consists of two wool A's which are used on the west point letterman's jacket. There are a few buttons from the academy, as well as the brass cross strap retainer. The grouping features a couple U.S. collar divices as well as artillery brass and an officer's hat eagle. The three pinback 2nd LT's rank is all matched but not maker marked. There are several different patches as well. The Grouping also consists of one of his chocolate shirts with 75th artillery brass and LT bar. The shirt has a mismatched button or two, is missing one button, as well as has a few moth nips.
